Download Solar Nrth
http://extensions.sketchup.com/en/content/solar-north
and install it by:
preferences/extentions/

then create a location for your model by:
Window/Model Info/Geo-locaton/manual

modify the sketchup menu adding the Set_North tool, and the Enter North Angle
